Shaun Robert Preston

Shaun Robert Preston, born July 3, 1975, in La Mesa California, has passed away Sunday February 16, 2025, in Somerville, Texas. A viewing is scheduled for Friday at Strickland Funeral home in Somerville, from 5-8pm, the funeral is at 12pm on Saturday also at Strickland Funeral Home in Somerville. Following the service he will be laid to rest at Oaklawn cemetery.

Shaun Preston had a great work ethic that earned him the respect of his colleagues and friends. He found immense joy in playing music and sharing it with others around him. He was known for his kindness and willingness to help whenever it was needed. Shaun will be remembered for his love, laughter and the memories that hold a special place in the hearts of his family and friends.

Shaun leaves behind his beloved wife Melissa Preston, his daughter Katlyn Preston, his father Donald Preston, and his brother Reese Preston and other extended family.
