Ruben F. Guerrero, 95, of Somerville passed away on May 6, 2019 at his home in Somerville surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Guerrero was laid to rest at 11:00 a.m. on May 8, 2019 at Oaklawn Cemetery.

Ruben was born on September 24, 1923 to Frank & Leona Guerrero in the Wilcox Community of Burleson County, Texas.

Ruben was preceded in death by his parents; son, Martin Guerrero; granddaughter, Maribel Espinosa; brothers, Salvador, Louis, and James Guerrero; and sister, Lydia Lopez.

He is survived by his wife, Natalia (Orta) Guerrero; sons, Tony Guerrero of San Diego, CA, Ruben Guerrero, Jr., of Somerville, TX; daughters, Erlinda Espinosa of Somerville, TX, Martha Guerrero of Bryan, TX, Paula Murphy and husband Mike Kenmuir of Somerville, TX; sister, Tomasa Martinez of San Diego, CA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family members.
