Rosetta Jean Newhart, 87, died Aug. 3, 2019, in Bryson City, NC.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7 at Strickland Funeral Home in Somerville. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7 at Strickland Funeral Home in Somerville. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery in Somerville.
Mrs. Newhart was born Sept. 3, 1931, in Ashtabula, OH, to Bert and Mildred (Schiewe) Beckwith. She was the owner/manager of Somerville Court RV Park.
Survivors include 2 brothers, 7 children, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Davey Owen Newhart.
