Robert Tyra

Robert Neal Tyra, born May 22, 1940 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, died on May 25, 2016, at his home in Beaver Creek at the age of 76.
Mr. Tyra was preceded in death by his Ex-wife, Geraldine Tyra, sons, Robert Neal Tyra, Jr., Ronnie Lamar Tyra, Donny Eugene Tyra, mother, Annie May, father, William Ray Tyra, brothers, Jimmy Lamar Tyra, Billy Ray Tyra, Johnny Ray Tyra and Manuel Leon Tyra.
Mr. Tyra leaves behind to cherish his memory, sons, Ricky and Theresa Boyett, Neal and Sherry Tyra, Prichard Robert Tyra, daughters, Tammy and Greg McBride, Brenda and James Ball, sisters, Lynn and Charles Short, Paula and Tammy Goodman, Mary Clevenger, twenty-two grandchildren and forty great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Mr. Tyra will be held Saturday, June 4, 1 pm at the Old Palestine Cemetery in Alto, Texas.
