Louis Frank Howard, 67, of Caldwell Texas passed away suddenly at his home in Caldwell. A Celebration of Franks Life is planned for Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Caldwell Assembly Church, with Austin Powell and Pastor Jacob Roach officiating.

Frank was born November 22, 1957, in Caldwell, TX. To parents Willis Wayne Howard & Lula Janelle (Smoak) Howard.

He worked for many years as an HVAC technician. He enjoyed many hobbies including Dove hunting, fishing watching Football especially the Houston Texans and Baseball with the Houston Astros.

He married the love of his life Debra (Powell) June 26, 1991, in Houston, Texas This union was blessed by thirty-three years until her passing nine months ago.

Frank was preceded in death by his father, Willis, his wife, Debra Howard, a son, Jeffrey Belless, a brothers-in-law Randell Powell and James Chapline.

Frank is survived by his mother, Lula Howard of Caldwell, TX., 3 sons, Travis Belless and wife Brenna of Caldwell, TX., Louis Howard Jr. and wife Emile of College Station, TX., and Joe Howard of Brenham, TX., a daughter-in-law, Ana Gaucin of Caldwell, TX., a daughter, Beth Markwardt of Cypress, TX., a brother, Jesse Howard, 2 brothers-in-law, Lawrence Wayne Powell and wife Carol, Terry Lynn Powell and wife Jerry Ann, a sister, Gayla Zientek and husband Norma, and a sister-in-law Linda Chapline, 13 grandchildren Jordan Brickman(Joanna), Parker Belless, Hayley Belless(Carlin), Adrian Belless; Nevaeh Gallegos, Anthony Gallegos, Zachery Belless, Rachel Belless(Sammy)Damion Belless, Garrett Dyall, Mackenzie Dyall, Tommy Markwardt, Andrew Markwardt, and also by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
