Barbara Sablatura

Barbara Lynne (Pokorny) Sablatura, 69, of Caldwell passed away on February 9, 2018 in Caldwell. Services will be at Holy Rosary Church in Frenstat, Texas on Tuesday, February 13, 20187. A Rosary will be recited for her at 1:30 p.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Barbara will be remembered for her courageous battle and her serenity during her recent illness.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Sablatura; parents, Julius and Anna Pokorny; and brother, Julius Pokorny.

She is survived by three sisters, Dorothy Tomancak and husband Clifford of Taylor, Texas, Ann Kropp of Taylor, Texas, and Joyce Kemmerer and husband Bill of Slatington, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley, for the excellent work they do in caring for the terminally ill.
