Archie Aho

Services for Archie Richard Aho, 89, of Somerville are set for 10:00 a.m., Saturday October 19, 2019 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Somerville, with pastor Dan Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday October 18, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Strickland Funeral in Somerville. Mr. Aho passed away October 10, 2019 at his home in Somerville surrounded by his loved ones.

Archie was born June 20, 1930 to John Aho and Heta Aho in Mahtowa, Minnesota.

Archie served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force

Archie was proceeded in death by his parents, John and Heta (Walitalo) Aho, and siblings Hetty Korpela, Fred Aho, Elsie Carlson, Millie Lundin, Matt Aho, Raymond Aho, Walter Aho, Robert Aho, Dorothy Weaver, Helen Aho, Lillian Aho.

He is survived by daughter, Stephanie Ogle and husband Larry of Somerville; brother, Melvin Aho; sister-in-law Sue Aho; grandchildren, Jennifer Hicks, Kevin Maass; great grandchildren: Zachary Maass, Teiyah Hicks, and Hannah Hicks.
